Viele Solutions has been awarded a USAF contract in the amount of $725,000 contract to develop and deploy its Bio-inspired Surveillance UAV
New York – Viele Solutions announces it has been selected by AFWERX for a Phase II contract in the amount of $725,000 focused on the development and deployment of a next generation biologically inspired UAV for ISR, Munition deployment, and Psychological warfare. Thereby addressing the most pressing challenges in the Department of the Air Force (DAF). The project extends on previous work The Air Force Research Laboratory and AFWERX have partnered to streamline the process by accelerating the small business experience through faster proposal to award timelines, changing the pool of potential applicants by expanding opportunities to small business and eliminating bureaucratic overhead by continually implementing process improvement changes in contract execution.
