Viele Solutions Awarded 2nd $1.25 million contract from USAF for Advanced Targeting and Battle Damage Assessment

Viele Solutions has been awarded a second $1.25 million contract from USAF for the Development and deployment of its Advanced Targeting and Battle Damage Assessment solution to be deployed by the USAF, and secondary military agency stakeholders.

 New York Viele Exploratory Sustainable Solutions LLC (Viele Solutions) announces it has been selected by AFWERX for a Phase II contract in the amount of $1,250,000 focused on the development and deployment of a next generation targeting and battle damage assessment (BDA) solution, capable of providing real-time processing and analysis of satellite telemetry, photography, and live-video feeds from any aerial camera, to address the most pressing challenges in the Department of the Air Force (DAF) for advanced BDA analytics. The Air Force Research Laboratory and AFWERX have partnered to streamline the process by accelerating the small business experience through faster proposal to award timelines, changing the pool of potential applicants by expanding opportunities to small business and eliminating bureaucratic overhead by continually implementing process improvement changes in contract execution. The DAF began offering the Open Topic program in 2018 which expanded the range of innovations the DAF funded and now on August 16th, 2023. Viele Solutions will start its journey to create and provide innovative capabilities that will strengthen the national defense of the United States of America.
